You're wondering, how are we able to provide complimentary vacations? The travel agency has the ability to fill hotels that on average operate at 60%-70% occupancy. Instead of leaving the room empty they would rather fill it at a low price as a promotional incentive. So, these vacations fill these unsold rooms. The hotels are willing to subsidize a traveler because they will get the revenue from all the activities that you will do while at their hotels (food, drinks, gambling,
etc.). These hotels would rather make a little money rather than lose money all altogether. They also know that most people will stay at the same hotel on return visits (repeat business).
This offer does NOT involve any timeshare presentations. Travel agent simply introduces people to hotels for just the cost of the room tax on their first visit. Not valid for group travel or conventions.
Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance. You must make your own arrangements for transportation and you must be 21. Room taxes of $7 to $12 per night (depending on the
city selected) are due upon arrival. Certificates cannot be used by the same persons at the same location more than one time, within a 12 Month period.
There are restrictions the week before or after any major holiday and major conventions at most resorts. Weekends also require a small surcharge. Good for 1 year from the issue date. Transportation, AIRFARE, meals and room taxes are NOT included.
