After you complete the steps in the previous chapter, there's not a lot of work left. However, you will be required to complete the questionnaire within a short time of your evaluation - usually 24 to 48 hours.

    Note: While completing your questionnaire, it is extremely important that you be as accurate as possible.

For example, say you were assigned to eat at a restaurant, and you had to wait a long time before being seated. After 30 minutes or so, you finally get seated...right next to the kitchen. By the time your food arrives you are not in a real good mood. On top of that, you feel the waiter has a real dislike for you. All in all, your meal is less than a pleasant experience.

So, do you put all the above grievances in your report? Absolutely not...unless your questionnaire specifically asked you to address them!  Remember, in writing your report, you must adhere strictly to the questions they are asking and interject no personal thoughts of your experience unless asked.

You can't express your annoyance at being kept waiting, or the less than desirable table you were given...unless those questions are asked on your questionnaire. If your waiter's nose ring annoyed you, don't express your dissatisfaction unless you're asked in the questionnaire.

The minute you get back to your car, take a few minutes to jot down some notes in your note pad. Later, when you fill out the actual questionnaire, you will be referring to your notes extensively. Also, make sure you keep your sales receipt.  You will need to turn it in for reimbursement of your purchase.

If you are unsure how to answer a question, call the company for details. If you're asked to call within a certain time, make every effort to comply. If they ask you to fax or mail your questionnaire in, you must adhere to the time allotted for response. If for some reason you can't respond on time, call the company immediately and let them know why.

Once you've made a copy of your questionnaire for your records, and turned in your paper work (including your sales receipt), you are done.

All you have to do now is wait a few days for your reimbursement check in the mail and start thinking of where you would like to shop next!
